Since 2016, One Stop has cared for commercial properties across the Valley, inside and out: every service under one roof, one bill, and one number to call when something needs attention. We work with property management firms, property owners and tenants to keep their properties clean and sharp.
Also available: fire watch and emergency cooling. When a fire alarm or other life-safety system is down, a One Stop employee can stay on site to stand fire watch, 24/7 if needed. When a building’s air conditioning fails, we schedule and set up temporary cooling until it’s fixed.

Our porters are your eyes and ears on site. When something’s wrong, you hear about it from us first, with time-stamped photos, not on your next site visit or from an angry tenant.

Abandoned items under 50 lb are hauled off as part of day porter service. Bigger loads are quoted per job.
Graffiti is an eyesore. On day porter properties, we spot new tags and send you a photo first, and one call gets them removed.
Arizona sun bakes curb paint until a well-kept lot looks tired. We repaint curbs, and we can sweep and pressure wash the lot on the same call.
