One Stop Property Services cares for commercial properties across the Phoenix metro. We’re based in Scottsdale, and we built the company around one idea: every service under one roof, one bill, and one accountable contact when something needs attention.
Every property is different, so we set the scope and schedule around yours: nightly, weekly, monthly or one time, including nights and weekends. We provide our own on-site supervision, so checking whether a crew showed up never has to be part of your job.
One Stop was founded in 2016 by a team of industry professionals who saw an urgent need for a more responsive commercial cleaning company. We started out with parking lot sweeping and pressure washing. As clients asked us to take more off their plates, we grew into janitorial, day porter service, floor care, graffiti removal, on-site maintenance and more. That makes us truly your one stop for commercial property services.
We cover the whole Valley: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Avondale, Queen Creek, Apache Junction and the city of Maricopa. Anywhere else in the Valley? Ask us. We serve commercial properties only.
