One Stop Property Services LLC — Terms & Conditions
LAST UPDATED: October 18, 2026
1) Who We Are & What These Terms Cover
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of One Stop Property Services LLC’s website at azonestop.com, its content, and our online tools, including Property Portal, our client portal (together, the “Site”), and your purchase and use of our commercial cleaning and property services (the “Services”). “One Stop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean One Stop Property Services LLC, PO Box 14476, Scottsdale, AZ 85267, phone (602) 730-5520, email info@azonestop.com.
We serve businesses and commercial properties only. We do not provide residential services.
If you sign a service agreement, work order or proposal with us (each, an “Order”), that document controls the services it covers and wins over these website terms if they conflict.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Site/Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2) Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, booking, or receiving Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to bind yourself or your organization, and will comply with these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Site/Services.
3) Quotes, Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities
Quotes. Most jobs get a site visit before a firm price. Until we have seen the site, any figure we discuss is an estimate. The firm price and scope are the ones in your Order.
Accurate information. Provide complete and accurate site details, contact information, and any known conditions at the property (for example, restricted areas, alarms, safety hazards, or sensitivities to cleaning products).
Site rules. Keys, access codes, security, and supplies such as paper goods are handled per your site rules and your Order. Tell us your site rules in writing.
Safe access. You are responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed access to the work area at the scheduled time.
Rescheduling. If you need to reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance (unless your Order states otherwise). Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
4) Fees, Billing, and Taxes
Pricing. Fees are as stated in your Order or in our written quote. Taxes, if any apply, will be shown on your invoice.
Payment. Unless an Order states otherwise, invoices are due on receipt. We may accept cash, credit/debit cards, or ACH.
Late amounts. Overdue balances may accrue 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) and reasonable collection costs.
Recurring service. If you have recurring service, charges recur at the agreed cadence until you cancel in accordance with your Order.
5) Service Scope, Materials, Contractors, and Insurance
Scope. The Services are the ones listed in your Order (for example, janitorial, day porter, pressure washing, parking lot sweeping, or window cleaning). Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Materials. We use professional-grade products, applied according to their labels and applicable regulations, and we use green products where they fit the job. Safety Data Sheets are available upon request.
Contractors and partners. We may use vetted independent contractors and partners to perform Services, as allowed by your Order. Each contractor carries its own insurance or works under our master general liability program. Signed service agreements may include a no-hire covenant.
Licensed work. One Stop Property Services LLC is not a licensed contractor. Electrical work is performed by licensed subcontractors, who pull any required permits. Hood cleaning is offered through a licensed, certified hood-cleaning partner. Handyman work is limited to jobs under $1,000 that do not require a permit.
Insurance. One Stop is fully insured. We provide a certificate of insurance on request and can add your organization as an additional insured.
Third-party products. If we install or service third-party equipment or materials (for example, LED fixtures), those items may be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and warranties.
6) Our Guarantee
We guarantee our work, and we’ll re-clean if something’s missed. Tell your account manager within 30 days of the service visit, and we’ll schedule the re-clean. The guarantee does not apply where (a) site rules, access, or conditions at the property prevented the work, (b) conditions changed after the visit (for example, weather, tenant or public use, vandalism, or construction), or (c) the item is outside the scope in your Order.
7) Acceptable Use of the Site
You will not, and will not allow others to: violate laws or third-party rights; upload or transmit malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape or harvest data from non-public parts of the Site, such as Property Portal, except via documented features; or misrepresent your identity.
8) Customer Content and Feedback
You may provide information, instructions, photos, reviews, or feedback (“Customer Content”). You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant One Stop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services and operate the Site. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction.
9) SMS Terms (Text Messaging Program)
Program description and frequency. One Stop may send transactional or operational text messages (for example, appointment reminders, service updates, scheduling and billing notices, and security verifications). Message frequency varies based on your interactions and program enrollment.
Opt-in consent. By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (for example, checking a box on a web form, replying with an opt-in keyword, or otherwise giving written consent), you authorize One Stop to send SMS/MMS messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT. You may also contact us at (602) 730-5520 or info@azonestop.com. After you send STOP, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.
Charges. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Help. For help, reply HELP or contact (602) 730-5520 or info@azonestop.com.
Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and timing depend on your carrier and network performance.
Eligibility and geography. The SMS program is intended for U.S. users aged 13 and older. Service to non-U.S. numbers may not be supported.
Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use mobile messaging data (including consent logs and opt-out history). Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except service providers that help us deliver messages.
10) Privacy, Confidentiality, and Service Photos
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (linked on the Site). If you provide personal information about others (for example, tenants or property managers), you represent that you have authority to do so and appropriate notices/consents have been provided.
We treat information about your property and business as confidential. We use service photos to document and manage our work, and we share them with you through Property Portal. We do not publish photos of your site, or name your property or business in our marketing, without your permission.
11) Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that we will perform the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Your exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty, if reported within 30 days of the service visit, is re-performance of the nonconforming portion of the Services. Except as expressly stated, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without other warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement). Outdoor and common areas can change after a visit because of weather, tenant and public use, vandalism, construction, and other factors outside our control; we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our guarantee in Section 6 or any specific guarantee in your Order.
12) Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify One Stop against third-party claims and liabilities arising from (a) your breach of these Terms or an Order, (b) your failure to provide safe access or to follow site safety instructions we give you, or (c) your misuse of the Site/Services.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data; and (b) each party’s total liability arising from or relating to the Site/Services will not exceed the amounts you actually paid to One Stop for the Services giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations or a party’s willful misconduct.
14) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site/Services if required by law, to address security or operational risks, or if you breach these Terms or an Order. Either party may end ongoing service under the cancellation terms in your Order. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred through the effective termination date.
15) Changes to the Site or These Terms
We may update Site features and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms and adjust the “Last Updated” date. If you continue using the Site/Services after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
16) Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (for example, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, utility or internet failures, acts of government, or supply chain disruptions), provided the impacted party uses reasonable efforts to mitigate and resume performance.
17) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, or the federal courts of the District of Arizona for any dispute not subject to another dispute process in an Order. Each party waives any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
18) Notices
Legal notices to One Stop must be sent to info@azonestop.com and by mail to: One Stop Property Services LLC, PO Box 14476, Scottsdale, AZ 85267. We may provide notices to you via the contact details you provide or by posting to the Site.
19) Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or an Order without our prior written consent, except to a successor in interest in a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, with notice to us. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a corporate transaction.
20) Entire Agreement; Order of Precedence
These Terms together with any applicable Order constitute the entire agreement for the subject matter and supersede prior discussions or understandings. In the event of a conflict, the order of precedence is: (1) the applicable Order (including any attached service or safety instructions), then (2) these Terms.
21) Severability; Waiver; Headings
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
