Your day porter is your eyes and ears on site. Porters keep lots, walkways and common areas clean, and they photograph the lot, the storefront and the rear of the property every visit. When they spot graffiti, dumping, an irrigation leak or an abandoned car, they snap a time-stamped photo and flag it. You hear about problems from us first, not on your next site visit or from an angry tenant. Typical tasks include:
- Lobby maintenance
- Cleaning common areas like kitchens, cafeterias and patios
- Monitor, clean and service restrooms
- Remove trash from exterior areas and parking lot
- Spot and report graffiti and any other issues on the property
- Remove junk and oversized items
- Police and clean garbage bin areas
Your quote sets the tasks and the schedule for your property, from once a quarter up to seven days a week. Visits can be scheduled any time of day, including nights and weekends. Your account manager is your first call for anything a porter finds.
