SMS Communications
What we send. One Stop Property Services LLC (“One Stop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may send text messages (“SMS/MMS”) related to:
• Transactional/operational messages (e.g., appointment reminders, service updates, scheduling, billing notices, two-factor codes).
How you opt in. You may consent by submitting a form that references SMS, checking a box authorizing texts, replying with an opt-in keyword, or otherwise providing written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency & charges. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and program enrollment. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out & help. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT to stop texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (602) 730-5520 or info@azonestop.com. After you text STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Data we process for SMS. We process your mobile number, consent status and logs (timestamps, opt-in/opt-out history), and message metadata (delivery status, replies) to operate the SMS program, maintain consent records, troubleshoot delivery, and comply with law.
Sharing for SMS. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose SMS-related data to service providers (e.g., messaging platforms, hosting, support, analytics) who process it under contract and only for our business purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except service providers that help us deliver messages.
Eligibility & geography. Our SMS program is intended for U.S. users aged 13+. Delivery to non-U.S. numbers may not be supported.
Who We Are & Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how One Stop Property Services LLC collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you visit our website, azonestop.com (the “Site”), use Property Portal, our client portal at portal.azonestop.com, contact us, or use our commercial cleaning and property services. We serve businesses and commercial properties. We do not provide residential services.
If we link to third-party websites or services, their privacy policies apply. Review their terms before providing personal information.
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
• Identifiers & contact details (name, company, email, phone, postal address).
• Service and account details (service requests, site details, appointments, communications, invoices, payments processed by PCI-compliant processors).
• Content you submit (form entries, photos or files you send us, reviews, survey responses, support requests).
Quote requests. We collect what you send us through the quote form (name, company, email, phone, property details). We use it to answer you and to provide services. It is stored with our service providers (website hosting and form database, Microsoft 365 email). We do not sell personal information.
Contractor information. If you apply to work with us, or work with us as an independent contractor, we collect your business and contact details, insurance certificates, tax forms (such as a W-9) and, where a client site requires it, proof of work authorization. We use this information to review your application, meet client-site requirements, assign and document work, and pay you.
Information collected automatically
• Device and usage data (IP address, device/browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages/links, general location from IP, date/time).
• Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see “Cookies & Tracking Technologies”).
Information from third parties
• Referral partners, ad/analytics platforms, event sign-ups, and publicly available sources (e.g., business directories).
Apart from the tax and work-authorization documents contractors provide, we do not seek to collect sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, government IDs, health data). If you choose to provide it, we will use it only as necessary and permitted by law.
Information We Handle for Clients
If we handle personal information for a client property (for example, guest or tenant details), we treat it as that client’s confidential information. We use it only to do the work, protect it with reasonable safeguards, and tell the client promptly about any suspected breach. We never use it for our own marketing.
Service photos. We photograph work areas at client properties to document our service, and we share those photos with the client through Property Portal. Photos are meant to show the work area. If one happens to show a person or a vehicle, we use it only to document the work and report site issues to our client. We do not publish photos of a client’s site, or name a client’s property, without the client’s permission.
Why We Use Your Information
• Provide services: schedule visits, deliver commercial cleaning and property services, manage accounts, process payments, and provide customer support.
• Operate and improve the Site and Property Portal: maintain functionality, diagnose issues, analyze performance, and enhance user experience.
• Communicate: respond to inquiries, send service updates and administrative notices.
• Marketing (where permitted): send offers or tips by email; you can opt out anytime.
• Work with contractors: review applications, meet client-site requirements, assign and document work, and pay contractors.
• Security & compliance: detect/prevent fraud or abuse; comply with legal obligations; enforce terms; protect rights and safety.
We use Microsoft 365 for business email and records. If you get marketing email from us, every message includes an unsubscribe link. We honor opt-out requests promptly, and within 10 business days. Our mailing address is One Stop Property Services LLC, PO Box 14476, Scottsdale, AZ 85267.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Site secure and functional, remember preferences, measure performance, understand audience engagement, and (where allowed) tailor content/ads.
Your controls:
• Browser settings to block/clear cookies.
• Platform settings (e.g., Google/Facebook ad preferences).
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): where required by law, we treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” for the browser sending the signal.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may “share” personal information (as defined by some state laws) for cross-context behavioral advertising; see “Advertising, Analytics & Your Choices” below for opt-out options.
We share the information described in this Policy with:
• Service providers/contractors: website hosting, form and database services, payment processing, email/SMS platforms, customer relationship management and email-verification services, analytics, customer support, security, and professional advisors. All are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Independent contractors who perform our services: only the site details they need to do the work.
• Advertising & analytics partners: to measure performance and, where allowed, deliver more relevant ads.
• Business transactions: as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale.
• Legal & safety: to comply with law or lawful requests, or to protect rights, property, and safety.
Advertising, Analytics & Your Choices
We may work with partners that use cookies/pixels to measure Site performance and, where permitted, provide advertising based on your interactions with our Site and other sites.
Your options:
• Opt out of “sale”/“sharing” and targeted advertising by sending a request to info@azonestop.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” and/or by using a valid GPC signal.
• Use platform settings such as Google Ads Settings and Facebook Ad Preferences, and industry tools like YourAdChoices (DAA) and NAI opt-out.
• Do Not Track (DNT): we do not respond to DNT signals, but we do treat GPC as an opt-out where required.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, such as providing services, maintaining records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by data type, legal requirements, and business needs (including maintaining SMS consent logs).
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (e.g., HTTPS/TLS in transit, access controls). Payments are processed by PCI-compliant processors; we do not store full payment card numbers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if we learn of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information and to opt out of “sale”/“sharing,” targeted advertising, and certain profiling.
• California & other U.S. states (e.g., CO, CT, VA, UT, OR, TX, NJ, DE, MN, etc.): request access, deletion, correction, portability, and opt-out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
• Authorized agents (CA): you may use an authorized agent; we may require verification.
• Appeals: if we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal.” If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general (where applicable).

Children’s Privacy
Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Site or provide information from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection laws.
Non-Marketing Notices
We may contact you for non-marketing purposes, such as security alerts, account issues, changes to services, or updates to this Policy. In some circumstances, we may post a notice on the Site or through other public channels.
Links to Other Websites & Social Features
Our Site may include links to third-party websites and social media features (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube). These services may collect your IP address and require cookies. Their policies govern; we are not responsible for their practices.
We Operate in the U.S.
One Stop provides services within the United States, in the Phoenix metro area. Our Site and services are not intended for residents outside the U.S.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy and adjust the “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice and/or seek your consent.
