Our commercial management team took One Stop on in October and my God. The representative, Zane Gavin, has showed up for every want, wish, and command we’ve had to keep this beautiful, young industrial property looking great every time we inspect. There’s a lot of local foot traffic that travels through and hangs around this property, but the concern of clean up after the weekend or late nights is never an issue. I haven’t needed to hold hands through what the property needs. Zane is consistently quick to respond, quick to send proactive action items unrelated to day porter needs, and accounting is handled promptly and how our company requires. I would recommend them to any management team, 10 times out of 10!
