LAST UPDATED: September 2, 2025
1) Who We Are & What These Terms Cover
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of One Stop Property Services LLC’s websites (including onestoppestcontrol.com and azonestop.com), content, and online tools (the “Site”), and your purchase and use of our pest control and related services (the “Services”). “One Stop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean One Stop Property Services LLC, 10869 N. Scottsdale Rd., Ste. 103, PMB 184, Scottsdale, AZ 85254, phone (602) 730-5520, email info@azonestop.com.
If you and One Stop sign a work order, service agreement, or statement of work (each, an “Order”), that document governs the specific Services it covers. If there is a conflict, the Order controls over these Terms for those Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Site/Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2) Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, booking, or receiving Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to bind yourself or your organization, and will comply with these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Site/Services.
3) Bookings, Access, and Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate information. Provide complete and accurate property access details, contact information, and any known conditions (pets present, gates locked, alarms, special instructions, known infestations, allergies, or chemical sensitivities).
- Safe access. You are responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed access to the service area at the scheduled time.
- Preparation. Follow any preparation instructions we provide (e.g., clearing cabinets, laundering items, vacuuming, covering aquariums, or vacating the premises for a specified time).
- Rescheduling. If you need to reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance (unless your Order states otherwise). Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
4) Fees, Billing, and Taxes
- Pricing. Fees are as quoted in an Order or at the time of booking. Prices exclude taxes and government fees unless stated otherwise.
- Payment. Unless an Order states otherwise, payment is due at completion of each service visit. We may accept cash, credit/debit cards, or ACH.
- Late amounts. Overdue balances may accrue 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) and reasonable collection costs.
- Recurring plans. If you enroll in a recurring plan, charges will recur at the agreed cadence until you cancel in accordance with your plan terms.
5) Service Scope, Materials, and Third-Party Components
- Scope. The Services include the specific treatments noted in your Order or service plan (e.g., exterior perimeter treatment, interior spot treatments, bait stations, termite inspection).
- Materials. We use professional-grade products applied in accordance with labels and applicable regulations. Safety Data Sheets are available upon request.
- Third-party products. If we install or service third-party devices (e.g., bait stations, monitors), those items may be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and warranties.
6) Guarantees and Limitations
Many services include limited guarantees (for example, a re-service at no additional cost within a specified period if the same pest issue returns). The specific guarantee, if any, will be listed in your Order or service plan. Guarantees do not apply where (a) preparation or sanitation instructions are not followed, (b) the property conditions materially change (construction, landscaping, adjacent properties), or (c) the infestation source is outside our reasonable control.
7) Acceptable Use of the Site
You will not, and will not allow others to: violate laws or third-party rights; upload or transmit malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape or harvest data except via documented features; or misrepresent your identity.
8) Customer Content and Feedback
You may provide information, instructions, photos, reviews, or feedback (“Customer Content”). You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant One Stop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services and operate the Site. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction.
9) SMS Terms (Text Messaging Program)
Program description and frequency. One Stop may send transactional or operational text messages (for example, appointment reminders, service updates, scheduling and billing notices, and security verifications) and, with your express consent, marketing messages (for example, promotions, seasonal tips, and special offers). Message frequency varies based on your interactions and program enrollment.
Opt-in consent. By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (for example, checking a box on a web form, replying with an opt-in keyword, or otherwise giving written consent), you authorize One Stop to send SMS/MMS messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You may also contact us at (602) 730-5520 or info@azonestop.com. After you send STOP, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.
Charges. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Help. For help, reply HELP or contact (602) 730-5520 or info@azonestop.com.
Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and timing depend on your carrier and network performance.
Eligibility and geography. The SMS program is intended for U.S. users aged 13 and older. Service to non-U.S. numbers may not be supported.
Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use mobile messaging data (including consent logs and opt-out history).
10) Privacy and Data Protection
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (linked on the Site). If you provide personal information about others (for example, tenants or property managers), you represent that you have authority to do so and appropriate notices/consents have been provided.
11) Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that we will perform the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Your exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty, if reported within 30 days of the service visit, is re-performance of the nonconforming portion of the Services. Except as expressly stated, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without other warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement). Pest activity can be influenced by weather, sanitation, neighboring properties, construction, and other factors outside our control; outcomes cannot be guaranteed beyond any specific guarantee in your Order.
12) Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify One Stop against third-party claims and liabilities arising from (a) your breach of these Terms or an Order, (b) your failure to provide safe access or to follow preparation/safety instructions, or (c) your misuse of the Site/Services.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data; and (b) each party’s total liability arising from or relating to the Site/Services will not exceed the amounts you actually paid to One Stop for the Services giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations or a party’s willful misconduct.
14) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site/Services if required by law, to address security or operational risks, or if you breach these Terms or an Order. Either party may terminate an ongoing plan per its stated cancellation terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred through the effective termination date.
15) Changes to the Site or These Terms
We may update Site features and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms and adjust the “Last Updated” date. If you continue using the Site/Services after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
16) Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (for example, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, utility or internet failures, acts of government, or supply chain disruptions), provided the impacted party uses reasonable efforts to mitigate and resume performance.
17) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, or the federal courts of the District of Arizona for any dispute not subject to another dispute process in an Order. Each party waives any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
18) Notices
Legal notices to One Stop must be sent to info@azonestop.com and by mail to: One Stop Property Services LLC, 10869 N. Scottsdale Rd., Ste. 103, PMB 184, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. We may provide notices to you via the contact details you provide or by posting to the Site.
19) Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or an Order without our prior written consent, except to a successor in interest in a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, with notice to us. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a corporate transaction.
20) Entire Agreement; Order of Precedence
These Terms together with any applicable Order constitute the entire agreement for the subject matter and supersede prior discussions or understandings. In the event of a conflict, the order of precedence is: (1) the applicable Order (including any attached service or safety instructions), then (2) these Terms.
21) Severability; Waiver; Headings
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
